These exercises fall into the Cardiovascular and strength training categories. This will give the quickest and best results.
In summary cardiovascular exercises will encourage your body to burn up the calories. There are certain activities including rowing and using the elliptical machine that will help the pectoral muscle area better and reduce the fat contained there, i.e. reduce man boobs.
Strength Exercises including cable crossovers and incline flyes will promote the development of strong and shapely chest muscles, so when the weight does drop off, you are going to look significantly more attractive, with six pack abs and no more man boobs.
